Role Overview

Macgence is seeking talented freelance professionals for segmentation annotation tasks. In this role, you will label images or videos by segmenting objects into regions or classes with precision, supporting the development of AI/ML models for advanced object recognition and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and segment images or videos into specific regions or categories as per project guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent annotations to meet project standards.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and make necessary adjustments.
• Communicate with project managers for clarification on guidelines or tasks.
• Adhere to deadlines and meet required annotation volume targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in segmentation annotation or related data labeling tasks.
• Proficiency in using annotation tools/software (e.g., CVAT, LabelMe, or similar platforms).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise guidelines.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially in computer vision, is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
