We are looking for a Business Generalist to work closely with the Founder and help execute, coordinate, and deliver important business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership & Execution:
- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish
- Convert high-level ideas into clear tasks and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Track progress daily and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify risks early and resolve execution issues
- Perform basic quality checks before final delivery
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between Founder, Operations, Clients, and Teams
- Ensure clear communication and follow-ups
- Maintain task trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Founder & Business Support:
- Support the Founder with execution of priorities
- Prepare summaries, notes, and action items from discussions
- Help with research, documentation, and presentations
- Assist in setting up SOPs and internal processes
Operations & Process Support:
- Help streamline internal workflows
- Improve coordination and efficiency across teams
- Support hiring drives, onboarding, and internal initiatives
- Maintain structured documentation

Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in startups, operations, project coordination, consulting, or similar roles

- Willingness to work closely with the Founder
- Ability to handle urgency when required
